Dr. S is meticulous and detail-oriented, and she is personable too - she knows how to put people at ease. The whole team is wonderful - they take the fear out of dental care! I have been a patient of Dr. Jyoti Srivastava for several years now. I am extremely happy with her caring approach to my over all health (above and beyond my teeth). She is superbly skilled in painless dentistry, long lasting dentistry, aesthetics and patient care. Her practice is based on a thorough collaboration between doctors and staff. They often perform a detail health and condition review, tooth by tooth. Very unique, very helpful, very valuable. Her practice delivers perfection. I am not an easy patient when it comes to going to the dentist. But I think I found the best dentist office in NYC. Dr. Castracane and Dr. Srivastava are an amazing duo. They are intelligent, caring, exacting, and really good at what they do. I told Dr. Srivastava she has the most gentle touch. Further, as a professor at NYU, she communicates exactly what she will do. She is lovely. I trust her completely.

Laura is an absolute gem! After returning for a cleaning after a one year absence, she recommended a laser-assisted deep periodontal cleaning to tackle plaque buildup and early signs of gingivitis. I was hesitant at first, but I’m so glad I trusted her. Laura’s gentle touch, precision, and cheerful attitude made the whole experience smooth and even enjoyable. At my follow-up, she gave my gums a 100% clean bill of health—and I could feel the difference immediately. My teeth have never felt so fresh, clean, and healthy.

Dr. Srivastiva is the best dentist I have ever been to. Approximately 40 years ago she put crowns on my 2 front teeth and they are still going strong and look great. Her bedside manner and skill are unsurpassed in my experience. Her work is built to last.
